About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Eastern Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across a portfolio of advanced RF and microwave solutions supporting U.S. Government and Prime Contractor programs.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with experience in defense electronics, SIGINT, Electronic Warfare (EW), C4ISR, SATCOM, UAS/UGV systems, and End User Tactical Radio programs.

You will serve as the senior regional sales leader and Voice of the Customer (VoC) across the Eastern U.S., driving bookings, strengthening Prime relationships, and expanding manufacturer rep performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all regional sales efforts across clients  product lines:

 

Own and deliver $12M in FY2026 bookings

Manage territory covering Illinois to Maine to Florida to Alabama (and states in between)
(Excludes house accounts in VA and MD)

Direct and develop 4–5 East Coast manufacturer representative organizations

Serve as the primary regional interface for:

U.S. Government Prime Contractors

DoD Program Offices

End users supporting:

Manned & Unmanned EW / EA platforms

ISR & SIGINT systems

I2WD & C4ISR programs

SATCOM

UAS, USV, UGV

End User Tactical Radio deployments

Drive pipeline development, strategic account growth, and program capture support

Qualifications

Experience selling into DoD, Prime Contractors, or defense electronics markets

Background supporting SIGINT, EW, C4ISR, SATCOM, or Tactical Radio programs strongly preferred

MILCOM background a plus

Active TS clearance preferred, but not required

Must be eligible to obtain a Basic Security Clearance within 6 months
